What happens after you submit

  • Your submission lands in our admin review queue with a “Contributor Submission” tag
  • A human reviewer will verify the source link and check for duplicates (usually within 7 days)
  • If we need clarification, we’ll email you at the address you provide (optional)
  • If the source checks out, the record is added to the public database with your source cited and archived in the Wayback Machine
  • Every submission requires a source URL.We can’t publish hearsay — our credibility depends on every record being verifiable

A link to a news article, meeting minutes, court filing, PDF, or other document that verifies this ban. We don’t accept unsourced claims — if you only have hearsay, please find a source before submitting.
